Hi Team,The Yearbook is quite fabulous, most of the people are liking it. 1.) Talking about the product quality, the hard bound cover, the pages, the printing everything is good, I just had some issues with the binding of the book rest everything was good. 2.) Throughout, I was in touch with Pragya. She is very cooperative person and very friendly. She always helped me with all the portal problem, all the doubts and hence, everything was done in a smooth way. 3.) The delivery too was on time as promised by Pragya. So, No complaint no that part. Some points which I would like to add is The portal preview and final print of some students are different. In some of them extra space is available, while in some, a part is missing. Also, some technical error(Null Pooja Kumari case) Apart from this, Overall it was quite a good experience. I would recommend your company to my juniors.
Hi Suyog, From the start till the end, I found you guys hardworking, sincere and trustworthy towards your work. Also you guys have the zest to complete the work in given time and do the necessary efforts for the same. I really learned a lot working with you guys although I didn't do much in terms of work(:P). Niven, with whom I was coordinating seems to me a very punctual guy, time specific. He has this quality of doing work on time which according to me is very important in a professional life. I have instances where i have to put in effort to deliver him the things although my mind and body didn't want to(:P). The quality of the yearbooks was very good. Nandhini Ma'am was very happy and the students was very happy with the product., especially the cover. Yea, delivery was done on time as discussed. (Maybe you guys can have it as a template :P :D) Over all it was a great experience working with you guys. I hope we get some chance of working together in the future. For that, I have given the contact of you to our new Melange Head who will soon be contacting with you regarding the Yearbook work.
Our Experience with Print Bindass and Yearbook Canvas has been awesome.The team was with us since Day 1 and even after final delivery when an emergency order had to be placed. The Product Quality is great !! In my opinion it was 9/10, the images could have been printed in better, little blur in quality was visible was at places. (Comparing to previous year's book which was printed by a different vendor). However, at this Price point it is a great product. The designing of the profile pages was clean and simple, just the way we wanted. If we had an idea about your portal and the way your team and ISB design team work, the process would be even more smoother. Will surely explore that next time. I will insist that the next team from our side takes this up.The team assisting us was Suyog,Niven and Harshit. They were very very responsive, we troubled them throughout the process, even as late as 11-12 in the night they worked with us. We had their full support all the time and it is their hard work that the end product is of such good quality. Suyog personally made sure even the minutest details were in place. I remember Niven assisting me even when he was on leave and in hospital ! Harshit made every design change that we requested. We thank them all for being with us throughout. The Order was delivered right on time and the books were in perfect condition. Have to appreciate the speed and precision shown here. There was a person who delivered the order himself to make sure it reaches on time. Thanks a ton Guys!! Keep up the great work.

Dear Pragya, It was our pleasure working with you and your team for the MDI Yearbook project. We earnestly look forward to working with you again. Product Quality: Product quality is good. Based on last year's experience, we thought we would be up for a surprise. But we were pleasantly surprised indeed. Everyone was happy with the quality of the pages and the print. It has been a great improvement as compared to Yearbook 2015. Please do maintain/enhance the same quality. Interaction with the Coordinators: The support and help provided by the coordinators was exceptional. I think we don't need to give any feedback on you being the coordinator Pragya. Looking forward to working with you again. Sudhir deserves a particular mention. His support has been truly tremendous and exceptional. He even responded to our requests at the middle of the night, worked overnight to complete the Yearbooks on time. He helped complete the Yearbook in a very systematic and organized way, despite many projects running simultaneously. Do sincerely try to maintain the same kind of support. I'm sure this can be more streamlined but definitely is a top class support. Logistics: The delivery was done on time and was almost flawless. Out of the 280 books, only one was faulty and that too - only the cover page binding was reversed. The inner contents of the book were well printed and there was no sign of in-transit damage to the Yearbooks whatsoever.
Hi Team Yearbookcanvas, Overall, we are very pleased with the service provided by you all. Apart from picture printing issues on some of the pages, the quality of the yearbooks was satisfactory. Pragya was the key co-ordinator throughout the execution. Our experience with her was above satisfactory. She was very responsive throughout. The delivery was also on time. Hi, Product quality: Slightly dark and blurred print on some pages, but overall great. Bounding excellent. Should check length of entries and other hygiene factors in the soft copy itself (before printing) so that there are no incomplete entries that have to be redone. Experience with coordinator Pragya Mishra: Smooth. Was responsive to problems and there were no instances of miscommunication. Slightly delayed responses towards the end of the process, but overall there were no issues. Good interaction. Delivery was done on time at the last moment after a lot of persuasion.
On behalf of the Yearbook Team 2016 1. Product quality: We are satisfied with the quality of the product. It was found to meet the expectations in all the aspects. 2. Experience with the coordinators: As far as the experience with the coordinators is concerned, we got full support from all of them. Initially, we were in contact with Pragya who was very active in providing the quotation for the product and all the initial processes up until getting the Purchase Order. During execution, the support provided by Suraj, both technical and operational was really of immense help and worth praising. In fact, had there not been the constant support of Suraj and his team (including Sudhir, with whom I had been in talks as well), we would not have got the product in time and with the desired expectations especially in terms of quality. We would also like to appreciate the role of Pragya who was constantly in touch with us during execution as well. So, overall it was a very good experience with the coordinators at YearBookCanvas. 3. Delivery Time: One thing which we are very happy and satisfied about is the delivery time. It was really very quick. 4. Pain areas: The pain areas mainly revolved around dealing with the portal. We would say that your new portal requires a lot of improvement. a) It might be because of overload on your servers but the portal was very slow during the entire execution process b) There was also a serious issue with uploading the photos and somehow, there was a linking between frames on different pages which caused pics on one page to get changed with the pics on other page. c) There was a lot of difference in the page layout in the edit page view and preview page d) Once again, the time taken to upload pics was too much. Apart from the above issues, it was a good experience working with Yearbookcanvas.
1. As per the product quality, the paper quality was good but there was a lack of effort in terms of designing. The aesthetics of the book could have been way better. managing two portals was a mess and there were mistakes in some profile pages and testimonial pages as well. 2. The co-ordinatorPragya was very cordial and understanding to work with. We worked through a lot of problems together and she deserves a lot of credit in getting this book printed and delivered on time. 3. The delivery was done on time.
