Once created, it cannot be sold to any but your institute, unlike the normal merchandise which is sold in the mass market. Thus, we do not provide refunds on yearbooks, but if you happen to find any defects in printing/binding quality, please let us know, we can reprint yearbook(s) after verifying the defect(s).
